Shipping process

We are working with DHL in order to offer you the cheapest, quickest and most reliable shipping option.

We will send you two Emails relating to the status of your order. The first will confirm its creation and the second will notify you of its shipment and will include the tracking number.

Shipping times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Regular DHL Shipping times :

Europe 5-10 Working Days

North America 8-15 Working Days

South America 10-20 Working Days

Asia+Oceania 10-20 Working Days

Returns & Refunds policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order untill you received the first shipping update. After that, you can contact us for refund via Email : service@colourofsport.com

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by us. Colour of Sport cannot be held responsible for return parcels not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number in case it is required at a later date. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

We only accept returns if an item didn't arrive as described or as seen in the pictures.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The items were purchased in the last 30 days

• The items are in the same condition as when they arrived and no tags have been removed

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

Please contact us via Email service@colourofsport.com to request a refund. We can then send you the DHL shipping label for the return shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
